Bridging the Industry-Academia Gap with Hands-On Expertise
At DeepTech Naipunya Foundation, we recognize the growing divide between academic curricula and industry demands. Faculty members often lack the practical industry exposure needed to equip students with real-world skills. To address this, we proudly introduce our Industry Immersion Program—a transformative initiative designed to empower educators with cutting-edge industry knowledge and hands-on experience, completely free of cost.


What is the Industry Immersion Program?

Our program offers weekend boot camps (Fridays or Saturdays, once or twice a month) lasting 6-10 hours, delivered by seasoned industry experts. These immersive sessions combine theoretical insights with practical, hands-on training to ensure faculty members and Heads of Departments (HoDs) from engineering colleges gain actionable skills to bring back to their classrooms.
