Welcome to Naipunya, a division of the DeepTech Naipunya Foundation, established with a mission to empower the youth with specialized skills. India, being the youngest nation in the world with a substantial working-age population aged between 25 and 35, possesses a demographic advantage that holds the potential to transform it into a global economic powerhouse.
However, a significant gap exists between the demand and supply, especially in emerging technology fields. There is also a noticeable disparity between the skills imparted by universities and those required by industries.

Naipunya has been founded to act as a catalyst for addressing these skill gaps. We identify strategic initiatives and advocate for policy changes to bridge these gaps. Naipunya takes proactive steps to enhance the availability of skilled talent.
